Terms and conditions of our offers

Here is a template for Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions, written to be clear and prevent abuse. This is an important document for protecting your margin, especially if you sell limited or high-demand products such as the Nike Mind 001.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
These terms and conditions apply to all commercial offers, promotional codes, sales, and private sales organized by Mind Step on its website.

1. USE OF PROMOTIONAL CODES
Entering the code: Discount codes must be entered in the “Promo Code” or “Gift Card” box during the checkout process, before the order is finalized. No discounts can be applied retroactively once the order has been paid for.

Uniqueness: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional codes are only valid once per customer.

Non-cumulative: Promotional codes cannot be combined with each other. It is not possible to use multiple codes for the same order. They are generally not cumulative with products already on promotion or sale.

2. VALIDITY PERIOD
Each offer has a limited duration. The start and end dates are specified in the communication medium (email, Instagram, website banner).

Offers expire automatically at 11:59 p.m. on the date indicated. 

3. PRODUCT EXCLUSIONS
Certain collections or specific products may be excluded from promotional offers:

“Hype” or “Recent Releases” products (e.g., Nike Mind 001 at launch).

Gift cards.

Products marked “Red Dot” or “Exclusive.” Mind Step reserves the right to change the list of eligible products at any time.

In the event of returning an item purchased on sale:

Refund: The refund will be based on the amount actually paid by the customer (after deduction of the discount), and not on the original price of the product.

Bundles: If you benefit from an offer such as “Buy 2 = 20% off” and you return only one of the two items, the promotional benefit is lost. The refund will be adjusted so that the item kept is charged at its original price without discount.

5. FREE DELIVERY
If a “Free Delivery” offer is conditional on a minimum purchase amount 

In the event of a partial return of items that brings the total amount of the order kept below this threshold, the initial delivery costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. FRAUD AND CANCELLATION
Mind Step reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud (e.g., creation of multiple accounts by the same person to benefit from a welcome offer multiple times) or in the event of a technical malfunction displaying an incorrect or derisory price.
