SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
At Mind Step, we simplify your experience: shipping is free for all our European customers. We also take extreme care to protect your sneakers.
1. FREE DELIVERY IN EUROPE
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders to Europe (European Union, Switzerland, United Kingdom).
No minimum purchase required.
The price displayed on the product is the final price delivered to your door (excluding any customs duties for countries outside the EU, see point 5).
2. PREPARATION TIMES & “DOUBLE BOX”
Because we know that the box is as important as the shoe:
“Double Box” protection: All our pairs are shipped in a reinforced shipping box to ensure that the original box (Nike, Jordan, Yeezy, etc.) arrives in collector's condition, without any labels stuck on it or dents.
Shipping: Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the package is handed over to the carrier.
3. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
We select the best partners (Colissimo, UPS, DHL, or Chronopost) according to your geographical area to guarantee speed and security.
Metropolitan France:
Average delivery time: 48 to 72 hours (business days).
Home delivery with signature required or delivery to a pick-up point (depending on your choice in the shopping cart).
Rest of Europe (Eurozone + UK/Switzerland):
Average delivery time: 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination country.
Tracked delivery with signature upon delivery.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can track your package step by step until it arrives at your door.
5. CUSTOMS (SWITZERLAND & UNITED KINGDOM)
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g., Switzerland, United Kingdom): Although shipping costs are covered by Mind Step, customs or import taxes may be charged by local authorities upon receipt of the package. These taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE
Upon receipt, we invite you to check the condition of the shipping box.
If the package appears to be open or badly damaged, we advise you to refuse it or to make clear and precise reservations on the carrier's delivery note.
In case of a problem (package marked as delivered but not received), please contact our customer service within 24 hours at minstep@gmail.com.
