3. How do I return an item? The procedure is simple:
Contact our customer service department at mindstep@gmail.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
We will send you shipping instructions [and your return slip if you offer it].
Carefully pack the shoe box in a shipping box (never tape directly onto the brand box).
Drop off your package at the post office or designated drop-off point.
4. Exchanges Would you like a different size or color? Once we receive and approve your return, we will ship the new pair, subject to availability. If the desired model is no longer available (given the limited nature of certain products), we will offer you a credit note or a full refund.
5. Refunds Once your return has been received and inspected by our teams, the refund will be processed within 14 working days. The amount will be credited directly to the payment method used when placing the order.
6. Return costs
Exchanges: Mind Step will cover the cost of shipping the new pair.
Final returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer [OR: are free, depending on your commercial policy].
